Regulatory status
Avantigo Capital Ltd is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We arrange unregulated bridging loans and buy-to-let mortgages for limited companies and other corporate borrowers only. We do not arrange regulated mortgage contracts, consumer buy-to-let mortgages, regulated second charges or equity release; where an enquiry relates to any of these we may, with your consent, introduce you to a firm that is FCA-authorised for that business.
Information, not advice
Rates, fees, loan-to-value figures, timescales and criteria on this site are typical market ranges at the time of writing and change frequently. They are not an offer of finance and are not advice. Any terms we arrange for you will be set out in writing by the lender and by us before you commit.
Risk warning
Any loan secured on property puts that property at risk if the loan is not repaid. Bridging loans in particular carry higher interest and fees than term mortgages and depend on a realistic exit. Consider taking independent legal and tax advice before entering into any secured borrowing.
