Who we are
Avantigo Capital Ltd was incorporated in May 2026 and is run by its founder, David Kelly. The business does two things: it arranges unregulated property finance directly, bridging and company buy-to-let, and it publishes a set of plain-English information websites that introduce people to the right adviser for their situation.
The brokerage side is deliberately small. Every case is handled by the same person from the first call to completion, which is why we are honest about capacity: when we cannot give a deal the attention it needs, we say so and pass it to another broker we trust rather than let it sit.
What we believe
- The whole cost, up front. A bridging loan quoted as a monthly rate with the fees left off is a trap. You get one page with everything on it.
- The exit matters more than the rate. We would rather turn a deal away than arrange a bridge with no credible way out.
- Know your lane. We only arrange unregulated finance. Regulated enquiries go to an FCA-authorised firm, and we say so plainly on every page rather than in small print.
- Answer the phone. Property deals move at the speed of the slowest party. We try not to be that party.

Each is written for people at the start of a decision, and each can introduce you to an adviser or buyer who fits.
